FAQs
Do you ship nationwide?Yes! We ship our wedding home movie collections nationwide (excluding Alaska, Hawaii & PR) and make sure your cameras arrive before your wedding date with everything you need, including a prepaid return label. We ship to US locations only.
When do we receive our home movie?Home movie edits are delivered within 2–3 weeks after we receive your returned equipment. If you added 35mm film, photo scans are delivered within up to 1 month.
What type of cameras do you use?We use a mix of cameras.
Youfilm collection includes 2 new, unbranded handheld camcorders.
Our Guestbox includes a mix of old and new cameras including FLIP cams, Camp Snap digital 8, Sony handicams, and unbranded handheld camcorders.
How does YOUfilm work?Choose your collection, and we ship your cameras directly to your door before the wedding. Your friends and family film the day, then send everything back using the prepaid return label. We edit the footage into a nostalgic wedding home movie that feels candid, real, and fun!
How much storage will we receive?Our camcorders included in the home movie, and YOUfilm collection hold about 3 hours each.
Camp snap includes about 2 hours, and FLIP cameras hold 1 hour. These cameras are included in the YOUfilm guestbox only.
